Presente en el país desde 1979, la Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung en Colombia (Fescol) busca promover el análisis y el debate sobre políticas públicas, apoyar procesos de aprendizaje e intercambio con experiencias internacionales y dar visibilidad y reconocimiento a los esfuerzos en la construcción de paz.
Como fundación socialdemócrata, nos guían los valores de la libertad, la justicia y la solidaridad. Mediante nuestras actividades temáticas, ofrecemos un espacio de reflexión y análisis de la realidad nacional, promoviendo el trabajo en equipo y las alianzas institucionales con universidades, centros de pensamiento, medios de comunicación, organizaciones sociales y políticos progresistas.
En el marco de estos esfuerzos desarrollamos grupos de trabajo con expertos (académicos y técnicos) y políticos, así como foros, seminarios y debates. Además, publicamos policy papers, análisis temáticos y libros.
