Desde nuestro punto de vista, esta es una condición necesaria para alcanzar altos niveles de desarrollo humano y sociedades más prósperas. Algunos de los asuntos clave para nuestro trabajo en el país son el desarrollo de una política de trabajo decente, la mejora en la cobertura de la seguridad social y la justicia tributaria. Contribuimos además al fortalecimiento del movimiento sindical como actor fundamental para la democracia.
Abrimos espacios de diálogo entre expertos, políticos, sindicalistas y otras instituciones para apoyar la creación y articulación de propuestas de políticas públicas en estos asuntos. De esta manera, buscamos contribuir a una mayor equidad, inclusión y protección social, teniendo en cuenta la perspectiva de género y un enfoque de igualdad territorial.
